NIA-KD, a digital web app that allows members of the Kaduna State chapter of the Nigerian Institute of Architects publicise their events online, keep track of events registrations, simplify and manage member registrations and due payments.

The major objective was to ensure that all user profiles and actors of the chapter could comfortably use the product to carry out necessary activities. In order to help address their challenge and careful consideration of stakeholder and member requirements, we sought to:

- Provide a simplified, and interactive user experience to enhance easy members’ interactions and activities.

- Offer the possibility of event creation, tracking and monitoring online to increase their awareness and a wider audience reach.

- Provide insights and analytics on event registrations, due payment for better decision making activities.

The outcome of our product so far, has resulted in 50+ member registrations, 50+ registrations for KADAF ‘24 conference and 40+ payment transactions after about 2 months of deployment.
